During the last twenty years I have gained extensive experience in shipping investments and analysis of the international markets – Shipping, Oil and Energy, Foreign Exchange and have been instrumental in setting up and successfully managing investments in the shipping sector. Furthermore, through my established broad network of relationships with business people and companies, have been involved in European Union funded projects, and, at present, work on research projects in the digitalization of the shipping industry.
SHORT BIO
I currently hold the position of course director for the MSc in Shipping Operations and Management and BSc Business Administration and teach relevant modules according to my profile at CIIM Business School. I graduated with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from The Philips College (1994), hold an MSc in Business Finance from Brunel University (1995) and a PhD in Finance and Economics from University of Durham (1999).
